These things are NASTY—and definitely not for beginners. Push the back of this Talon Nipple Clamp and four prongs come out the other side, ready to grab onto the nearest nipple. Release the plunger and they retract and come together. The bare wire "claws" in the talon are merciless and have only one setting: ouch.
