FullKit.com currently ships to the United States and Canada only. At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside of these countries due to increasing difficulties with international orders being rejected by local customs officials or not making it to their destination. We are constantly researching shipping methods and will update this page should our policy change.

Canadian customers are responsible for any and all import taxes, duties, tariffs, and/or fees that may be imposed on imported goods.
Only items that require shipping are applied toward shipping thresholds. The cost of gift cards and other non-shipped items are not applicable to shipping tiers or free shipping offers. Occasionally an item may require special handling or additional shipping fees. These items will disclose the special charges in their description.
Customers who have orders shipped to freight forwarding services understand and agree to the following:
FullKit.com won't be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that we are not able to provide a replacement or a refund for any shipment taken outside of the US using a freight forwarding service.
If you (or a freight forwarder you so designate) have a US address, purchase goods from FullKit.com to be shipped to a US location, and then subsequently export these goods, you or the designated freight forwarder are considered the exporter of these goods. You or the designated freight forwarder are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all US export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country.
In the event an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, any pre-paid return mailing label issued by FullKit.com will be for US domestic shipment from the address to which the original shipment was delivered. In order to use a pre-paid return mailing label in this case, you must first return the eligible goods to the US address to which the original shipment was delivered. You become the exporter and importer of record of this shipment. Title and risk of loss transfer to FullKit.com upon receipt of the goods at the address listed on the supplied return mailing label.
Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchases. If any item you purchase is defective in manufacture, we will repair or replace the item at our option within 30 days of purchase. To start the process, visit our Returns Center.
Please note, we cannot accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is issued during the Returns Center process. Packages received without an RMA number may be returned to the sender without being opened.
Some items we sell come with longer manufacturers’ warranties. If more than 30 days have passed since purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Health concerns, regulations, and state laws prohibit us from ever accepting any returns of any item of a personal nature. Such items include, but are not limited to, swimwear, underwear, athletic gear and supporters, socks, body jewelry, adult toys, and any item that might come into contact with bodily fluids or intimate parts. We also do not permit the return of custom made and altered garments, art, audio recordings (including, but not limited to, CDs, DVDs, and digital downloads), printed materials (including, but not limited to, cards and books), and other material that can be readily copied or reproduced.
In addition to the above items, due to the outbreak of COVID-19 we will not accept returns or exchanges of products in any of the following categories for any reason: bedding, towels, gloves, masks, bandanas, hoods, muzzles. We have made this decision in the interest of protecting our customers and staff.
Some items may be offered as at deeper discounts than usual during end-of-season or other clearance sales. In such cases, item descriptions may state that an "item is final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund."
Return Requirements and Restrictions
Other items will only be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase, and only if accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip, in its original packaging with its tags on, and in unused, unworn, and saleable condition.
During the holiday season, any returnable item (as determined above) purchased on or after the Monday before Thanksgiving may be returned for store credit only up to the 15th of January of the following calendar year, unless within 30 days of purchase, in which case standard return rules apply.
Subject to the limitations above, we will accept returns of other products for exchange of an item of equal value, a store credit in the form of a gift card (which can be used at Full Kit Gear stores or FullKit.com), or as a refund in the same form of payment which was used for the purchase.
All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee; the restocking fee is waived for exchanges and gift cards.
Shipping fees are not refundable, and an additional shipping fee may be charged to send a replacement item, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item.
If your original order qualified for our free shipping promotion and the return reduces the order subtotal to less than the amount needed to qualify for free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping from any refund or gift card issued.
Any item purchased during a Buy X Get Y (Buy One Get One Free, Buy Two Get One Free, Buy One Get One % Off, etc., collectively "BOGO") offer may be returned per the terms herein, providing said offer does not have additional limitations on returns.
Returning All BOGO Items: If all items from a BOGO are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase can be refunded in the form of an in-store credit or refund back to the original form of payment (less any applicable restocking fee).
BOGO Equal Exchanges: Items from a BOGO offer are individually eligible to exchange for any item of equal value to the original price of the exchanged item, provided said item meets the same requirements as the original BOGO promotion.
Other BOGO Returns: Items purchased during a BOGO offer are viewed as a unit. Any item used to qualify for a BOGO has a "return value" of an equal fraction of the sum total paid for all items in that unit.
