    We have two retail locations: our original store right on Commercial Street in Provincetown and our newer flagship store in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. You can find the addresses, phone numbers, and hours of operation on the Our Stores page.

    We've got a great group of people who work for us and our turnover is well below the national average for retail, but occasionally we do need new team members.

    We carry many of the most popular brands and we do have a list of the brands currently online. Our stores do have items that are not at FullKit.com due to an agreement with the manufacturer, because custom fitting is needed, or for other reasons. If you see it online, chances are it's available in our Chicago store, though that is not necessarily always always the case.

    Many of the brands we carry create seasonal lines which are available for a limited time. If an item proves particularly popular, we'll try to keep it in stock, but if the manufacturer runs out there's nothing we can do.
    When we run out of a particular color or size, you may see a signup for Restock Notifications. By entering your email, you'll automatically receive an email if we receive more stock of that item.  If you don't see the form, it's likely because we know we won't be receiving any additional stock of that item.
    We never share your email information and entering your email address for Restock Notifications will not put you on our e-newsletter list.

    If you're seeking an item from one of the core brands we carry, we can often add that item to our next order without any additional surcharge. In most cases we do require a 50% deposit or full payment in advance, depending on the item and the likelihood that it would sell as part of our regular stock. If for any reason we cannot acquire the item for you, we will, of course, issue a full refund.
    Items that require a special order or short turnaround time may require an additional surcharge on top of the standard purchase price. It's hard to answer this question definitively without more details, so if there's something you'd like us to special order, please let us know. It never hurts to ask!

    While Full Kit Gear has many custom offerings, garments that need to be fit to the customer or otherwise altered cannot be sold online as we need to be certain we have accurate measurements. Both Full Kit stores offer a wide range of custom items, including harnesses in a wide range of colors, patterns, and styles, arm- and wristbands, belts, and braces/suspenders, many of which can be finished while you wait or the later same day.
    Please stop by one of our stores and we'll be glad to help you.

    Each brand that we carry has its own size chart and sizes can vary a great deal from one brand to another. You might wear a medium in FK Sport or Cocksox, for example, but an XL in Tribe.
    Most garments at FullKit.com will have a expandable size guide included next to the size run. Products that do not follow a standard size guide will often have sizing information in the description.

    Our in-house designers have numerous projects in various states of development at any time, and we wish to avoid the appearance of impropriety. In order to protect both our interests and yours, and to prevent any possible misunderstanding regarding unsolicited ideas, we do not accept submissions from outside designers.


    We sure do! Electronic Gift cards purchased online are available in denominations $25, $50, $100 and $200 and are active instantly at the conclusion of your transaction. They are emailed directly to you, so make sure you enter your email address accurately. If you don't receive the gift card email within five minutes of submitting your payment, please check your spam/junk mail folder first and then, if necessary, contact us

    Gift cards purchased online can only be used at FullKit.com. At this time, online gift card codes cannot be redeemed in-store.

    We also sell traditional plastic gift cards in our stores, these gift cards can only be redeemed in our stores.

    Yes! When you select the denomination of your gift card and before adding it to your cart, click the check box besides "I want to send this as a gift". Enter the recipient e-mail, name (optional) and any message (optional).

    Electronic gift cards purchased online will have an alphanumeric code in the format XXXX- XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. These gift cards can be entered in the "FullKit.com Gift Card" box on the right side of the screen during the checkout process. 

    All physical Full Kit Gear gifts cards cannot be redeemed for online purchases and must be redeemed at one of our stores.

    We're sorry, but at this time gift cards purchased online are usable only at FullKit.com and cannot be redeemed in stores.

    These cards are only redeemable at one of our stores. Only electronic gift cards purchased at FullKit.com can be used for online purchases.


    Nearly all of our prices are the same in our stores in Provincetown and Chicago, and online at FullKit.com. There are rare occasions when a promotional price may be offered at one of our locations or online, but not though all three outlets simultaneously. This may occur
    because of excess stock in one location, a special promotion which we are not permitted to offer in a particular market, or because we chose to price-match a local store.

    Because of our presence in Chicago and Provincetown, we are required to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to Illinois or Massachusetts.
    In Illinois, these taxes amount to 10.25% of your total purchase. Because Illinois is an origin-based sales tax state, we are required by law to collect the taxes applicable to our Chicago warehouse, the point of origin of the order, rather than the address to which the order is being shipped. That includes 6.25% Illinois sales tax, 1.75% Cook County sales tax, 1.25% Chicago sales tax, and 1% Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) sales tax. Shipping and handling are taxable in Illinois.
    In Massachusetts, we collect 6.25% of taxable items. Clothing is generally not taxable in Massachusetts, though there are exceptions for items over $175 and items that the state classifies as sporting equipment, rather than clothing, most notably jocks. Shipping and handling are not taxable in Massachusetts.
    Currently we do not charge tax on orders shipped outside of Illinois and Massachusetts.
    Gift cards are not taxable.

    While it happens very rarely, occasionally a sale price or promo shown on a product page
    will not be reflected during checkout. If this happens to you, please contact us. When
    appropriate, we'll promptly either refund the overpayment amount to the card used for the
    transaction or otherwise edit the order.

    Have you checked your spam/junk mail folder? That's the first place to look if you placed an order and haven't received a response. Our system will send a confirmation for your order
    immediately upon completion of the sale. All emails from us originate at FullKitGear.com.
    It's also possible you typed your email address incorrectly or our message was stopped by
    your ISP before reaching your inbox. If you've checked your spam folder and still don't see
    anything, contact us and please include a phone number so we can assist you.


    Our current shipping rates can always be found at the top of our Shipping & Returns page.
    Occasionally an item may require special handling or additional shipping fees. Such
    disclose the special charges will be disclosed in their description.

    Most orders are fulfilled from our Chicago store, but some items ship from our
    Provincetown location. Your order will be shipped in nondescript packaging with the return
    address bearing the name "FKG, Inc."

    All orders are shipped in nondescript packaging, often USPS-provided Priority Mail boxes or
    envelopes, with the return address bearing the name "FKG, Inc."

    Our default shipping method for most orders is USPS Priority Mail, so yes, we absolutely do
    ship to Post Office boxes.

    Currently, we ship only within the US and to Canada. Although we did ship to other countries, that proved to be problematic as packages were held by customs, lost en route,
    or returned to us. You can read more on our Shipping & Returns page.

    Please note, due to a law preventing the shipment of 'adult items,' we are currently unable to fulfill orders for shipment to the state of Alabama. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

    Unfortunately, we do not ship to Military APO Boxes. You can read more on our Shipping & Returns page.

    We'll send an email to let you know when your order ships. Included in that message will
    be a link to tracking information on your order progress page, so you'll be able keep an eye
    on your package as it makes its way to you.

    The first step is to contact your local Post Office or UPS branch (depending on how your order was shipped). Often they have additional information that is not reflected online, such as where the package was left, or they can communicate with the Postal Carrier or UPS driver who made your delivery. 
    In cases like this, the USPS makes the following suggestions:
    Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:
    Any area out of potential weather hazards
    Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed.
    Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
    Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
    In rare cases, a package may show as "delivered" but could take additional 24 hours.
    If you have checked with your Post Office and they have not been able to help you, please let us know and we will start a claim for a lost package and a refund.


    The basic rules governing returns of merchandise purchased at FullKit.com are as follows:
    1. If something is defective or we sent the wrong item, we'll exchange it or offer a refund within 30 days of purchase.
    2. With the above exception, there are certain items that cannot be returned, for a number of different reasons.
    3. If an item can be returned, it must be within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the packing list or receipt, in its original packaging with its tags on, and in unused, unworn, and sale-able condition.
    You'll find all of the conditions, along with information about restocking fees, shipping charges, and returns of holiday purchases, in our Shipping and Returns Policies.

    After you've made sure your purchase is eligible in our Shipping and Returns Policies, you can visit Your Account to start the process.
    Please note, we cannot accept returns that have not been approved via our return process. Packages received without prior approval may be returned to the sender without being opened.

    After you've made sure your purchase is eligible in our Shipping and Returns Policies, you can bring the item to either Full Kit Gear Chicago or Full Kit Gear Provincetown for exchange or merchandise credit. While we do not require you to use Your Account for in-store returns, you may do so if you're uncertain whether an item is returnable and we'll provide a confirmation via return email.
    If you had been approved to return an item by mail, but later decide to make the return instore, you do not need to submit a new request. Once your return has been approved, even
    if that approval was for a return by mail, you may make the return in person, if you prefer.
