About Full Kit Gear

We have two retail locations: our original store right on Commercial Street in Provincetown and our newer flagship store in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. You can find the addresses, phone numbers, and hours of operation on the Our Stores page.


We carry many of the most popular brands and we do have a list of the brands currently available online. Our stores do have items that are not at due to an agreement with the manufacturer, because custom fitting is needed, or for other reasons. If you see it online, chances are it's available in our Chicago store, though that is not necessarily always always the case.

While Full Kit Gear has many custom offerings, garments that need to be fit to the customer or otherwise altered cannot be sold online as we need to be certain we have accurate measurements. Both Full Kit stores offer a wide range of custom items, including harnesses in a wide range of colors, patterns, and styles, arm- and wristbands, belts, and braces/suspenders, many of which can be finished while you wait or the later same day.

Each brand that we carry has its own size chart and sizes can vary a great deal from one brand to another. You might wear a medium in FK Sport or Cocksox, for example, but an XL in Maskulo.

Most garments at will have a link to the appropriate size chart. You'll find it just under the name of the item, on the same line as the price. Products that do not follow a standard size chart will often have sizing information in the description.

Gift Cards

We sure do! Gift cards purchased online are available in denominations between $10 and $200 and are fulfilled instantly at the conclusion of your transaction. They are emailed directly to you, so make sure you enter your email address accurately. If you don't receive the gift card email within five minutes of submitting your payment, please check your spam/junk mail folder first and then, if necessary, contact us.

If you wish to purchase a gift card with a specific value not shown online, please call us at (773) 657-8000 between the hours of noon and 8:00PM CST, and we'll be glad to help you.

Full Kit Gear sells two different types of gift cards. 

Gift cards purchased online will have an alphanumeric code in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. These gift cards can be entered in the " Gift Card" box on the right side of the screen during the checkout process.

Gift cards purchased in-store or on our old website will have an alphanumeric code starting with a "G" in the format G-XXXX-XXX. At this time, we cannot automatically process these online, but you can still use them for your online purchase. During the checkout process, when you reach the "Payment method" screen, select the Store Gift Card/Phone Order method. At the conclusion of your transaction, you'll need to call us at (773) 657-8000 to complete your order.

Absolutely! You must bring your gift card number with you. For security purposes, we cannot look up a gift card number after purchase. You're the only one who has it, so if you don't bring it, we can't redeem it.

Alphanumeric gift card code starting with a "G" and in the format G-XXXX-XXX were wither purchased in-store or on our old website. While you can redeem them for purchases at, we cannot automate that process. During the "Payment method" of the checkout process, select the Store Gift Card/Phone Order method. At the conclusion of your transaction, you'll need to call us at (773) 657-8000 to complete your order.


Because of our presence in Chicago, we are required to collect sales and local taxes from customers within the state of Illinois. These taxes amount to 10.25% of your total purchase. Tax is charged regardless of whether the order is shipped to an Illinois address or picked-up at our Chicago store. We do not charge tax to orders delivered outside the state of Illinois. 

Gift cards and shipping fees are not taxable.

All orders are fulfilled from our Chicago store. Your order will be shipped in nondescript packaging with the return address bearing the name "FKG, Inc."

Currently, we ship only within the US and to Canada. Although we did ship to other countries, that proved to be problematic as packages were held by customs, lost en route, or returned to us. You can read more on our Shipping & Returns page.

We'll send an email to let you know when your order ships. Included in that message will be a tracking number and a link to your order progress page, so you'll be able keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.


The basic rules governing returns of merchandise purchased at are as follows:

If something is defective or we sent the wrong item, we'll exchange it or offer a refund within 30 days of purchase.

With the above exception, there are certain items that cannot be returned, for a number of different reasons.

If an item can be returned, it must be within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the packing list or receipt, in its original packaging with its tags on, and in unused, unworn, and salable condition.
