Contactless Pickup

The states of Illinois and Massachusetts have given retail establishments permission to provide curbside or no-contact pickup options. Both Full Kit Gear locations are now permitting customers to place orders online or by telephone for pickup at our brick-and-mortar locations. Here's what you need to know:

Orders must be placed in advance: Customers must place an order online at or by calling one of the numbers below and providing us with credit card information. We cannot accept cash payment or take your credit card at the store.

If your call is answered by voicemail, please leave your number and we will return the call to take your order.

Some items may not be available for pickup: Most, but not all items sold online are in-stock at both locations. Text will appear above the Add to Cart button to let customers know whether a particular item is available for pickup at each location.

Please wait until your order is ready for pickup: Customers who order at will receive an email telling them when their order is ready for pickup. If you order by phone, we will provide you with a confirmation code and an estimated time for pickup. We're filling orders as fast as possible—often in less than 20 minutes—but if you show up before you get the confirmation you could be waiting around for a while.

Pickup Hours: Orders may be picked-up at the appropriate Full Kit Gear location daily from noon to 5pm.

Maintain social distancing: If another customer is at our door when you arrive for pickup, please remain six-feet or more away, for both the safety and privacy of everyone involved.

You must be able to show your confirmation code to pickup your order: If you order online, your confirmation email will provide a confirmation code. If you order by telephone, we will provide you with a code at the conclusion of your transaction. Print the email, write down the code on a piece of paper, pull up the code on your phone; just be prepared to show us the code, and not just say it.

All pickups will be contactless and customers will not be permitted to enter the store: While we are allowed to conduct sales without any contact, but we are not permitted to have customers in the store for any reason. We will be confirming orders through a barrier, so communication will be challenging. Once we have confirmed the order, it will be placed in a bin and the customer will be allowed to take it.

Please confirm all of your items are in your bag: Before stepping away, please take a moment to be certain all of your items are in the bag. We will be double-checking all orders, but it is your responsibility to let us know if any items are missing before you leave.

Reusable bags are not permitted: Per each states' advisory, reusable bags will not be permitted. 

Masks must be worn: Due to the local mandates that masks must be worn in public, we cannot permit a customer who is not wearing a mask to pickup an order. Please have your mask on before approaching our door.

Standard order delivery is still available: If you'd prefer to stay at home, we are still fulfilling web orders every business day via USPS!
